Director of Growth

Reports to: Head of Marketing

Overview: 

The Director of Growth is responsible for leading the development and execution of the overall growth strategy for clients. They will work closely with the team to identify new opportunities for growth and develop plans to achieve them. The Director of Growth will also be responsible for analyzing data and metrics to track the effectiveness of campaigns and make data-driven decisions.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development and execution of comprehensive growth strategies for clients
  • Analyze data and performance metrics to identify opportunities for growth
  • Collaborate with the rest of the Digital Growth Team to execute on growth initiatives
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in digital marketing
  • Manage budgets and allocate resources effectively to maximize ROI
  • Ability to lead and manage up to 10 team members

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a strong focus on growth strategies in ecommerce

Senior Paid Ads Specialist

Reports to: Director of Growth

Overview:

As a Senior Paid Advertising Specialist at Blue Burst Media, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing paid advertising campaigns for our ecommerce clients. You will work closely with the Director of Growth to develop and execute strategies to drive traffic and sales for our clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and Bing Ads
  • Develop and execute paid advertising strategies to drive traffic and sales for our clients
  • Analyze campaign performance data and make data-driven decisions to optimize campaigns
  • Collaborate with the creative team to develop ad copy and creative assets
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in paid advertising

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in paid advertising for ecommerce brands
  • Proven track record of managing successful paid advertising campaigns

Senior Graphic Designer

Reports to: Director of Growth

Overview:

The Senior Graphic Designer is responsible for creating visual concepts and designs for a wide range of digital and print materials, including websites, social media graphics, advertisements, brochures, and product packaging. The Senior Graphic Designer works closely with the creative team to develop and execute on brand guidelines and to meet the needs of clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create and design visual concepts for a wide range of digital assets including emails, digital ads, and social media posts
  • Collaborate with the creative team to develop and execute on brand guidelines
  • Meet with clients to discuss design preferences and needs

Social Media Manager

Reports to: Director of Growth

Overview:

The Social Media Manager will be responsible for the planning, execution, and management of social media campaigns and strategies for our clients. The Social Media Manager will work closely with the rest of the marketing team to develop and implement effective social media campaigns that align with the clients’ overall marketing and business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement social media strategies and campaigns for clients, including content creation, community management, and paid advertising
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to integrate social media efforts with other channels and campaigns
  • Monitor and analyze social media metrics to track the success of campaigns and identify areas for improvement
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and emerging platforms to identify new opportunities for client campaigns
  • Manage multiple client accounts and projects simultaneously, ensuring timely and high-quality deliverables

Requirements:

The Email Marketing Specialist will also be responsible for communicating strategy and results with clients.

  • Develop and execute email marketing campaigns, including the creation of email templates, segmentation, and A/B testing
  • Analyze and report on the performance of email campaigns, including metrics such as open rates, click-through rates, and conversion rates
  • Segmenting email lists and targeting campaigns to specific audiences

Overview: 

The Senior Copywriter will be responsible for creating compelling and effective written content for a variety of marketing channels, including websites, emails, social media posts, and advertisements. The Senior Copywriter will work closely with the creative and strategy teams to develop and execute on the overall content strategy for our clients.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in SEO and a strong understanding of industry best practices.

Responsibilities:

  • Conducting keyword research to identify target keywords and phrases for clients
  • Optimizing website content for search engines, including on-page SEO, meta tags, and alt text
  • Conducting technical SEO audits to identify and resolve issues affecting website ranking
  • Building and managing backlinks to increase website authority and drive organic traffic
  • Analyzing website traffic and performance data to identify opportunities for improvement

The Senior Data Analyst will be responsible for analyzing large amounts of data to identify trends and patterns that can inform marketing strategies and decisions. They will work closely with the rest of the marketing team to interpret data and provide recommendations for optimization and growth. Strong analytical skills and experience with data analysis tools and software are essential for this role.

Responsibilities:

  • Conducting data analysis and reporting on various metrics to identify trends and insights
  • Developing dashboards and reports to track and visualize key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Working with the team to identify areas for optimization and growth based on data insights
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather data requirements and develop data solutions
  • Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of industry best practices and trends in data analytics
  • Providing guidance and support to team members on data-related topics
  • Participating in the planning and execution of data projects and initiatives

Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in using data analysis tools such as SQL, R, Python, Excel, and Tableau
  • Proficiency in using only analytics tools such as Google Analytics and Triple Whale
  • Understanding of Media Marketing Modeling and Multi-Touch Attribution
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
  • Familiarity with CRM, marketing automation, and web analytics tools is a plus.
CRO Specialist

Reports to: Director of Growth

Overview: 

The CRO specialist at Blue Burst Media is responsible for leading the optimization and conversion rate improvement efforts for client websites. This includes conducting research and analysis, identifying areas for improvement, implementing testing strategies, and analyzing and reporting on results. The ideal candidate will have experience in CRO, A/B testing, data analysis, and UX/UI design, as well as strong communication and project management skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct A/B testing and analyze results to identify opportunities for optimization
  • Analyze website data to identify areas for improvement and track performance of optimization efforts
  • Develop and execute a strategy for increasing conversions on clients’ websites
  • Collaborate with other team members to identify areas for optimization and implement changes

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in conversion rate optimization and A/B testing
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Optimize, Hotjar and other data analysis tools
  • Strong understanding of UX principles and how they impact conversions
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment
Account Manager

Reports to: Director of Growth

Overview: 

The Account Manager is responsible for maintaining and growing relationships with our clients. This includes managing day-to-day communication, providing regular reports and updates, and ensuring that the client’s needs and goals are being met by the team. The Account Manager will work closely with the team leads to coordinate and execute projects, and will also assist with new business development efforts.

Responsibilities:

  • Act as the main point of contact for clients and oversee all aspects of the client relationship
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction with the work being provided
  • Collaborate with team members to identify and address potential issues or challenges with client accounts
  • Present reports on the performance of client accounts, providing insights and recommendations for optimization
  • Ensure that all work is completed on time and within budget, while maintaining a high level of quality

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in account management, preferably in a marketing or agency setting working with ecommerce brands
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and project management skills
  • Ability to multitask and handle multiple clients at once
